About the role

The Senior Professional Services Consultant will advance business objectives for a diverse customer base by ensuring the successful delivery, adoption, and optimization of our social service software solutions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic consulting, project management, and industry-specific expertise in non-profits, social services, and healthcare.

Drive Findhelp Adoption and Business Objectives Facilitate the adoption of software and professional services to help clients achieve their business goals.
Collaborate with clients to set clear, achievable goals and milestones for the delivery, adoption, and optimization of our social service software solutions.
Offer subject matter expertise in community engagement strategies for nonprofits and social service agencies, including constituency building, collaborative governance, and social service payment models.
Drive the integration of technology, people, and processes to create high quality programs Employ a client-centered methodology to co-create tailored solutions that deliver measurable results.
Set, track, and achieve defined goals for consulting tasks and projects Project Management Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
include conducting comprehensive assessments and diagnostics to identify business needs and deliver impactful results.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in building strategic relationships at local, county, and state levels.
BS/BA degree or equivalent Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
This position is 5 days in-office and candidates must be located in Nashville, TN.
