Requirements
- Assist all executive leadership team members as required Additional duties as assigned.

- Grade 12 or equivalent and administrative or clerical experience is required Ability to analyze information and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency office technology and equipment, such as computers, copiers, scanners, fax machines and phone systems.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of computers in a Windows based environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule and coordinate.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with care and to exercise the utmost discretion in providing information to others.
Compensation
- starting $18.50 per hour
