Responsibilities

  • You'll have full control over when and where you supervise your cases, empowering you to design a schedule that works for you.
  • Our team includes experts from a wide range of fields-occupational therapy, speech pathology, pediatrics, and more-allowing us to address the whole child and deliver more integrated, effective care.
  • You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
  • At BCBA levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22, allowing you to focus on developing leadership skills, cultivating other talents, and exploring broader professional interests.
  • Autonomy over Your Schedule: You'll have full control over when and where you supervise your cases, empowering you to design a schedule that works for you.
  • Administrative Support: Focus on what you do best-clinical care-while our dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing, leaving you with more time to focus on your work and patients.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in human services or a related field.
  • Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
