Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, designers, and subject matter experts to influence what we build, not just how we build it.
- Drive multiple high-stakes product initiatives from conception to launch, maintaining a high bar for quality and reliability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a talented team of engineers, building the culture and craft standards that define great product engineering at Rillet.
- Experience managing multiple teams simultaneously - whether through managers or technical leads - and comfortable operating at that level of organizational complexity
- Proven experience stepping into complex team situations and driving meaningful organizational change - you've done the hard work, not just the clean-slate builds
- Drawn to hard, ambiguous problems and energized by building in environments where you're figuring things out as you go

- Recent hands-on experience with Kotlin, Java, or TypeScript and solid CI/CD practices
