Exposure to CRM systems or customer-tracking tools.
General understanding of real estate or homebuilding concepts is helpful but not required.
Skills & Competencies Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to learn and follow established sales processes and procedures.
Basic organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic, customer-centered environment.
Willingness to learn product features, sales systems, and community operations.
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on supporting community goals.

$30.00 per hour while in the training program
We provide a competitive compensation structure that rewards performance and results.
$175,000-250,000
