Responsibilities
- Lead medium to large-scale global HR projects
- Define scope, plan, and manage all phases of delivery including requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and reporting
- proactively manage scope and change.
- Act as Test Lead for larger scale projects
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify resources, resolve issues, and drive decisions.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Monitor implementation progress, drive issue resolution, and continuously optimize delivery plans.
- Serve as Test Lead, establishing test strategy, plans, and calendars across all phases.
- Lead medium to large-scale global HR projects; Define scope, plan, and manage all phases of delivery including requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Business, HR, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years of project/program management and testing experience.
- Strong expertise in project planning, execution, and test management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
- experience with qTest and/or Jira preferred.
- PMP certification and Workday experience preferred.
Compensation
- $39k-$57k
