Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering) to architect, develop, and maintain new and existing features across the stack.
- Build highly responsive, scalable, and maintainable front-end components using React.js and Next.js.
- Design, implement, and maintain backend services using Go, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Work with MongoDB to optimize data storage and retrieval, while ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure applications scale with business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Software Engineer, with a track record of leading and mentoring teams.
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript with a focus on React.js and Next.js for front-end development.
- Strong experience with Go for backend development, including building and maintaining services.
- Experience working with MongoDB, with a strong understanding of best practices for data modeling and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools and workflows (Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of authentication (SSO, OAuth) and security best practices.
- Extensive experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation frameworks.
Nice to have
- Experience working with AI-driven features and automation.
- Familiarity with ATS systems such as SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
