About the role
- Reporting to the Superintendent, Processing, the Supervisor, Processing is responsible for assigning work and supervising process operations crews in meeting production objectives in a safe, environmentally responsible, and efficient manner.
- This role will operate on a 4x4 schedule rotation consisting of day and night shifts.
- To be successful, we are looking for a strong leader with a proven track record of mentoring and motivating individuals, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
- Successful candidates must be willing to satisfy the pre-employment requirements of a pre-employment drug screen and three professional references.
- The ability to multi-task and undertake challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is vital for success.
Compensation
- 123,000 - 152,000 CAD /year The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
