Works with key organizational stakeholders to ensure all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company's goals and values
Monitors and measures the effectiveness of internal communications, and recommends improvements based on feedback and data analysis
Assists with crisis communications
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge of best practices for internal communications
Knowledge of internal communications tools such as email management software and intranet
Skill in written communication and editing
Skill in project management
