About the role
- Summary The incumbent serves as an internal advisor/consultant to designated operating units on Employee Relations matters.
- Regular attendance is a requirement of the role.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986.
- Years of Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience in Employee Relations specialty, conducting internal employee investigations as primary job duties.

- Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone.
- May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs.
- May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation.
Nice to have
- Human Resources or related field preferred.
- PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in Employee Relations specialty, conducting internal employee investigations as primary job duties.
- Preferred Requirements •Time Management. ability to prioritize tasks, completing high impact items first, and be able to carefully monitor potential and ongoing issues.
- Level I must be able to effectively categorize concerns, respond to queries, assess which tasks need the most attention, and consult with Management for resolution. •Relationships and Communications
- Level I mostly interacts with employees and Managers.
- Level I must be able to assess and make recommendations for low risk resolutions. •Autonomy
- Level I must possess independent judgment and discretion for basic and repetitive tasks, but needs guidance on moderate issues •Regulatory
