The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Fusion GRC implementation and configuration, along with hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and enterprise integrations.

Configure, enhance, and support Fusion GRC platform capabilities.
Participate in Fusion implementation projects including requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Support implementation of Risk Management, Compliance, Controls, Audit, and Third-Party Risk processes.
Troubleshoot platform issues and work with Fusion support and implementation partners to resolve defects.
Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build RESTful APIs and microservices supporting Fusion integrations and business workflows.
Develop reusable services and utilities for data synchronization, automation, and reporting.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
Contribute to technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
Design and implement integrations between Fusion and enterprise systems.

Support audit and compliance activities when required.
6-7 years of software development experience.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Fusion GRC platform implementation, configuration, or support.
Experience participating in enterprise Fusion deployment or enhancement initiatives.
Experience working in Agile product delivery teams.
Experience supporting business-critical enterprise applications.
Experience configuring and supporting Fusion GRC platform capabilities.
Strong experience in Java development.
Experience with relational database design and optimization.
Familiarity with ETL and data migration concepts.

Compensation offered for this role is 75,100.00 - 126,325.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
