About the role
- You will also be expected to be the primary point of contact to the local ADA US leadership team in New York.
- This will require you to understand their objectives and strategies to ensure how your team will facilitate them.
- Finally you will have the opportunity to provide key strategic and practical perspective in the development of the ADA/WMG supply chain.
Responsibilities
- You'll have the responsibility to develop and support the team so that they can manage the demands of the labels they serve.
- Develop and lead the ADA North America Operations team in their efforts to support ADA's independent label and artists release plans
- Provide direct operational support for a roster of labels to stay in touch with current capabilities and issues
- Develop relationships with the ADA US executive team to understand their objectives and provide the necessary operational support
- Contribute to the development of ADA/WMG's digital supply chain to drive efficiency and match release volume demands including the integration of Revelator
- Develop relationships across the Global Operations department to improve the efficiency across related processes

- Experience leading a team
- Detail-oriented with a strong knowledge of digital supply chains and best practices in the music industry
Compensation
- $100,000 to $122,000 AnnuallySalary ranges are included for job postings where required by law.
- The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs.
- The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
