About the role

On a day-to-day basis, we invest in a number of different areas - data platform capabilities, feature development, services and infrastructure development, security and operations.
As a member of the Engineering leadership team you'll join a small group of experienced leaders who are responsible for the technical strategy and delivery of our software platform and product.
One year from now you will have (what has been accomplished):

Lead our product and platform engineering teams
Collaborate with Product Management, Architects, UX, TechOps, Security and other teams to build a strategy and roadmap that addresses the needs of our growing client base
Lead agile development and deployment processes and drive measurable improvements across process, systems and software
Proven track record of building inclusive, positive work environments
Partnered with our VP Engineering, CTO and other leaders, to develop and guide the implementation of our Engineering strategy and team design

Excellent manager of managers with the ability to mentor and grow senior engineers and engineering managers
10+ years of combined engineering experience
Experience scaling engineering teams and products at a fast-growing startup
Experience leveraging engineering expertise in cross-functional teams and externally, helping others see the tradeoffs in key decisions.
Experience fostering an environment of innovation and promoting engineering best practices across teams
Proven track record of attracting, engaging, and retaining talent
