Requirements
- Experience working within a metal fabrication manufacturing environment, with the ability to work off blueprints/work instructions.
- Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks, including Drug Test, and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
- Ability to push and pull up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to physically move around the manufacturing floor.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.

- Scope of Position
- The position is for a talented, energetic, and motivated TIG Welder who is detail-oriented and safety-conscious.
- As part of the Stainless-Steel Department, this individual will be responsible for fabricating and welding high-quality stainless-steel components in accordance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
- This role requires inspecting finished welds to ensure precision and durability, maintaining welding equipment, and strictly adhering to all safety protocols.
- The TIG Welder will collaborate closely with team members to meet production schedules and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
- This position plays a critical role in delivering durable, precision-engineered products that uphold I-CON Systems' reputation for excellence.
- This position reports to Erika Duffy-Carr.
- This role is onsite and is based in Orlando, FL.
- Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Performing TIG welding on stainless steel 14/12-gauge sheet metal, piping ranging from 2 3/8 diameter to 3/8, and utilizing gas purge protection
- Performing component setup as well as setup on welding equipment controls.
