In your role as a Diffusion Process Engineer, you'll work alongside a talented team of professionals with a key focus on establishing and maintaining world class process and implementing yield enhancement as a competitive advantage along with ability to identify complex problems and implementing solutions

Develop device improvements with cross-departmental risk-mitigation and coordinated experiments

BS degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field of study
Ability to work in the fab for 4 hours a day in an office environment where a cleanroom gown is required.
Ability to sit regularly while performing work duties
with the ability to frequently walk
Ability to frequently lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds.
Applicants must be authorized to access such information or eligible for government authorization.

2+ years of semi-conductor experience highly desired with knowledge of Diffusion processes and equipment preferred.

Monitor and respond to in-line issues in the wafer fabrication Diffusion process, ensuring timely disposition of wafers.
Qualify Diffusion processes on advanced tools for wafer fabrication.
Coordinate process qualifications and equipment downtime with manufacturing and equipment teams.
Analyze data using software tools to identify trends and inform processing decisions.
Adjust process parameters as needed and monitor equipment performance after maintenance.
Executes change point management on Diffusion processes / equipment
Continuously update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.

The current base salary range for this role is between $70,480 - $179,090.
Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
