About the role
- As a Gensler Technical Designer, focusing on commercial interior environments, you will design and produce technical documentation, as well as communicate project progress to team members and clients to ensure success.

Responsibilities
- ensure design intent is incorporated into the construction documentation
- Participate in construction administration, evaluate bids, conduct site visits, address technical issues, and maintain quality control during construction
- Utilize hand sketches and 3D software renderings to communicate design concepts
- Interface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the project
- Establish and maintain ongoing, productive client relationships

Requirements
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, preferably with experience designing corporate interiors projects
- 3-5 years of professional experience with focus on Architecture or Interior Design
Nice to have
- Licensed Architect OR NCIDQ preferred
