About the role
- Execute seamless onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR questions
- Provide clear, timely answers or route issues appropriately

- You support employees, managers, and leadership by making sure the basics are done right-every time.
- Build a seamless onboarding experience.
- The systems should support the culture, not replace it.

Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, people operations, or a related operations role
- Must have experience with ATS systems (ideally ashby) and employee management systems (ideally rippling)
- Comfort handling confidential information
Skills
- Support and maintain HRIS and people tools
Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant skills, experience, and geographic location.
- In addition to base pay, total compensation may include performance-based incentives, benefits and company options.
- This role may handle PHI/PII and must follow HIPAA, company privacy policies, and least-privilege access practices.
