About the role
- Vehicle Service Contract Administrator is looking for an experienced Automotive Claim Adjuster with an automotive repair background: technician or service advisor with hands-on experience.
- In this role, you will work in a call center environment handling inbound calls, emails, and live chats from repair shops and dealers to process claims per the covered vehicle's service contract coverage.
- Proficient with data management systems, web browsers, and the Mitchell Labor Guide.
Requirements
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Ability to pass a post-offer background screening.
- Must be familiar with mechanical breakdown estimates and repairs for a wide range of automobiles and trucks.
- Successful candidates must have previous technical service skills in diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and performing appropriate repairs, and possess overall automotive repair knowledge.
- Candidates must be detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management skills, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
