This is a ground-floor opportunity to architect and ship the foundational systems (data pipelines, ML infrastructure, services, and user experiences).
This isn't a role where you execute someone else's vision.
We value speed over perfection, ownership over process, and direct communication over corporate speak.

Architect and build core data infrastructure for ingesting, processing, and analyzing multi-source marketing data at scale
Build ML pipelines for creative analysis, competitor intelligence, and performance optimization
Own technical decisions across the stack, making smart tradeoffs between speed and scalability
Ship constantly. Move fast, iterate quickly, and maintain high code quality
We're building context-aware agents that analyze the full spectrum of marketing data (competitor intelligence, social listening, creative performance, audience signals, market dynamics), connect to a businesses entire marketing stack, and produce outputs that increase performance across the entire marketing funnel end-to-end.
We enjoy spirited debate, hard problems, and building things that win.
As a Founding Engineer, you'll help build our agentic marketing/creative platform and the core infrastructure that powers it.
You'll own major technical decisions, and shape both the product and engineering culture.
You will help define what we build and how we build it.
