About the role
- Responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and timely delivery of the Company's line of services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory.
- Utilizes multiple trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, HVAC, and additional skills as needed to solve maintenance problems.

- Maintains timely and consistent communications with customer and internal support teams.

- Is provided a company vehicle and tools and travels to a variety of customer sites to maintain commercial.
- Performs perform preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and general service of buildings, equipment and grounds.
- Conducts "face to face" relationship with Customers to provide quality workmanship and high work standards to maintain a professional working environment.
- Creates a positive climate with the client, provides and generates customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Regularly required to stand
- Frequently is required to climb or balance.
- Required to drive a company vehicle daily.
- Obtains and completes EFS required safety and compliance training and attends weekly safety meetings.
- Completes other duties as assigned or required.
- Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend instructions including, but not limited to, safety policies operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations.
- Physical Demands Regularly required to stand
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm in the face of the customer.
