- organizational skills. Candidates should have excellent customer service & leadership skills and must be outcome oriented. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential.
Requirements
- Administrative experience in a corporate setting.
- Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to write, speak, and interact clearly and professionally.
- Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- The ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

- Ensure the safety of all employees of Martin Concrete and their subsidiaries work to ensure we keep injuries to a minimum.
- Coordination with other Safety Operations Managers may be necessary.
- In addition, complete safety checks for your individual projects routinely.
- Therefore, ensuring Martin Concrete stays in compliance with their safety policies and OSHA standards.
- Inspections are to be submitted via email to the Executive Safety Operations Manager within 24 hours of the inspection's completion.
