Responsibilities
- Perform financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions, including Quality of Earnings, as well as analysis of working capital, cash flows, and key financial metrics
- Develop and present client deliverables, including detailed Excel analysis and PowerPoint presentations summarizing findings
- Collaborate with internal teams and client executives, including CFOs and Controllers, to gather data and communicate insights effectively
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- With advisory solutions spanning accounting and risk, technology-enabled transformation, and transactions, we partner with our clients to solve today's challenges and deliver present and future value.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
- 2-6 years of professional experience in audit and/or financial due diligence, preferably within Big 4 or similar firms
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- experience with Power BI and Alteryx is an advantage
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

- CFA and other advanced degrees well regarded

Compensation
