Responsibilities

  • You'll take on existing, energy-intensive, and complex buildings-designed at a time when energy was inexpensive.
  • We define what the building needs to achieve, and you'll have the freedom, tools, and support to determine how to get there.
  • You'll lead the implementation phase - from pre-construction through day-to day construction activities, delivery and close out - leveraging both your engineering technical background and your project management skills to deliver guaranteed outcomes in safety, client satisfaction, budget, performance.
  • Challenge design assumptions and validate that solutions will meet expected energy and performance outcomes.
  • Drive project success within a highly integrated team working seamlessly from design through execution, with safety and quality always top of mind.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by owning the relationship, anticipating needs, building trust and driving operational outcomes beyond project deliverables.
  • This role is based full-time on site to support effective execution and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent field

Compensation

  • Annual base salary ranging from $140,000 to $190,000 dependant on experience, technical expertise, and skillset, as well as geographic location.
