About the role

We are seeking a Temporary Health Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy health center.
Reporting to the Director of Health Center Operations, this role is responsible for supporting staff, monitoring operational performance, managing workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive patient and employee experience.
This is a temporary assignment onsite in our Boston health center lasting approximately one month.

Supervise non-licensed team leads and support employee development.
Partner with leadership on budgeting, staffing, quality improvement, and compliance initiatives.
Address patient concerns and support risk management activities.

Healthcare operations experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual candidates (Spanish, Mandarin, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, or Portuguese) are strongly encouraged to apply.
Willingness to travel to other sites and work occasional evenings or Saturdays.
