Responsibilities
- Backed by a substantial balance sheet, top-tier institutional partners, and a talented operations team, we're positioned for continued growth and innovation.

- Work on technological implementations in Salesforce
- Lay out new fields and processes for Salesforce and work with the development team to test functionality
- Write procedures for maintaining data integrity in our various systems
- Assist with data cleanup projects
- Analyze existing processes for inefficiencies and redundancies, and propose improvements
- Train team members on Salesforce procedures
- Troubleshoot Salesforce performance issues and work with the development team to resolve errors
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.

- Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- The Business Analyst is an LA-based position on a hybrid schedule with at least two (2) days in-office.
- This position will report to the VP, Loan Operations - Servicing.
Compensation
- This position is exempt full-time, with salary range: $75,000 - 95,000 depending on experience level, plus discretionary bonus potential.
