- Headquartered in Sydney, Australia, Aristocrat has three operating business units, spanning regulated land-based gaming (Aristocrat Gaming), social casino (Product Madness) and regulated online real money (Aristocrat Interactive).

Responsibilities
- Understand, define, analyze, and document client requirements and difficulties by conducting regular meetings.
- Communicate requirements from business and technical sources into technical build direction using specifications, whiteboard discussions, UML modeling techniques, and more.
- Work with executives, key departmental management, and project partners across the organization to ensure smooth project execution.
- Own the development and implementation of the lottery product roadmap, aligning initiatives with business strategy, collaborator priorities, and market opportunities.
- Continuously research and analyze strategic and competitive information to optimize product performance.
- Experience developing standard methodologies for the implementation and maintenance of e-Commerce, CRM, web, social media, and web analytics assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years as a Technical Product Manager, System Analyst, or Product Owner.
- Expertise with a broad base of digital web and mobile products, technologies, platforms, patterns, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Knowledge of technical development documentation methodologies and technologies (Visio, UML, object modeling, etc.).
- Strong understanding of software build principles and patterns.
- Experience with general security technologies, processes, and concepts.
- Ability to communicate sophisticated concepts with both technical and non-technical collaborators.
- Strong business judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to recognize, prioritize, and communicate high-impact initiatives.
- Experience leading projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Compensation
- $92,400 - $171,600 per year
- Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges.
