Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally throughout the Akron/Massillon territory.
- Position is primarily Monday through Friday, day shift, with occasional overtime and weekend work as needed.

Nice to have
- Chemical handling, water treatment, manufacturing, or industrial maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
Skills
- Adjust chemical feed rates based on routine testing and monitoring to ensure optimal treatment performance.
- Conduct expanded process testing to identify dosage optimization opportunities or mechanical impacts affecting performance.
- Perform mechanical and electrical equipment repairs as needed.
