Responsibilities
- Partner with the USIS President and executive leadership team to define and refine the long-term business strategy.
- Develop executive-level recommendations to drive growth, profitability, and customer impact.
- Lead the enterprise PMO function overseeing the company's highest-priority growth and transformation initiatives.
- Lead enterprise performance reviews and operating cadences.
- Lead Business Intelligence reporting and analytics team
- Develop executive dashboards and performance management frameworks.
- Partner with business leaders to identify performance gaps and accelerate results.
- Drive disciplined execution against growth, customer, operational, and financial objectives.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance leaders to optimize commercial outcomes.
- Establish metrics and insights that drive accountability and performance improvement across customer-facing teams.
