- The Medication Manager recognizes and honors the resident/patient's choice, privacy, dignity, and independence.
- As a member of the multidisciplinary team, they provide input in the care planning process.
- Provides or assists the resident/patient with daily needs and treatments in accordance with established policy and procedure.
- This includes assisting with restorative exercises, collecting specimens, administering enemas, bowel and bladder training, completing and documenting cares, intake and output, baths, dietary intake/calorie counts
