Who you are - You have 2+ years of software engineering experience at companies with strong engineering practices. - Product-focused: You are a frontend-leaning fullstack engineer with a product mindset.
Especially in an environment with a number of remote co-workers, you proactively push information to the rest of the team.

Drive product development: As a member of a small, high-leverage engineering team, you'll have meaningful ownership over the product development process, significantly impacting our product and business growth.
Use the best tooling: Use tools like Meticulous, Amp, Honeycomb, Temporal, and PostHog to build and support industry-leading software. If you're not familiar with these tools, we'll help you learn them!
Collaborate in-person with leadership: Work closely with our Head of Product and Head of Engineering in our New York office to elevate our product from early traction to industry leadership.
Innovate quickly: Iterate rapidly with the Luminary team to build a generational business that democratizes wealth tech. We ship to production 20+ times per day.

You have 2+ years of software engineering experience at companies with strong engineering practices.
Product-focused: You are a frontend-leaning fullstack engineer with a product mindset.
Autonomous & responsible: You have a strong work ethic and thrive in environments of autonomy and ownership, understanding the broader impact of your decisions on the product architecture.
Technically skilled: While we're not dogmatic about you already having experience with specific technologies, familiarity with the following is beneficial.

Base salary range of $140k-$180k, plus meaningful equity
Actual compensation package is dependent upon many factors, such as experience and skillset
