  • Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for new sales and post-purchase assistance, providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient assistance via phone and email.
  • Assist with expert recommendations on show content, theater layouts and seating, as well as restaurant, hotel, transportation and tourism tips.
  • Identify and escalate trends, guest feedback, or system issues to help improve processes and service quality.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment industries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ticketing platforms preferred.
