Maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Lead teams of 15-20 associates or 4-5 assembly cells including coaching on safety, quality, productivity and company policies.
Support supervisors and cell leads to help direct / balance work in the assembly cells.
Monitor cell throughput, perform waste walks as needed.
Support setup team as needed.
Drive the execution and continuous improvement of the quality policy and procedures (reduced scrap/waste, customer returns, etc).
Our ORBIS business believes there is a better way to optimize today's supply chains, with reusable packaging products and services.
