Requirements

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and safely operate tools and maintenance equipment.
  • The position also requires manual dexterity and the ability to work in a variety of maintenance environments throughout the property.
  • Complete required reports, work orders, and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
  • Minimal travel required
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems and energy management programs.

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • vocational or technical training in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with hotel or hospitality maintenance operations strongly preferred.
  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
