About the role

  • The Service Manager plays a pivotal role in achieving the objectives of their branch's service department by cultivating and leading a dynamic team of Service Technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively lead and manage a team of technicians and advisors to ensure the achievement of team objectives and sales goals
  • Develop a solid understanding of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring strict adherence within the service department
  • Assist with or perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the service department

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of management experience, preferably in specialized residential construction, related sales, or other similar fields
  • Must be fluent in English

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

Skills

  • Fast-paced and dynamic work environment requiring flexibility and strong coordination skills.
