About the role
- You'll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Warehouse Process Optimization and Efficiency Improvement: Analyze warehouse operation processes (inbound, inventory, outbound), optimize warehouse layout, operation routes and equipment configuration, introduce automation tools to improve warehouse space efficiency and labor efficiency, reduce operation costs and ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
- Team Management and Standards Construction: Manage daily work of warehouse teams, formulate operation standards and training plans, enhance team business capabilities and compliance awareness; promote implementation of warehouse standardized processes, establish quality monitoring systems to ensure warehouse operation safety and service quality.
- Industry Capability Building and Innovation: Combined with industry characteristics (such as cold chain, bulky goods), build industry-specific warehouse solutions, accumulate SOPs and cost standards; track industry trends, introduce new technologies and management models to promote warehouse intelligence and industry benchmark construction, enhance core competitiveness.
- Experience in process design, warehouse planning, and cost control

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in 3PL or warehouse operations, including team management
- Strong knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS/OMS) and operational KPIs
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into operational improvements
- Bilingual in Mandarin is REQUIRED
Nice to have
- Prior experience with high-volume e-commerce fulfillment
- Background in both manual and automated warehouse environments
- Familiarity with lean methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Compensation
- CAD $80,000-$110,000 per year + Annual Bonus
