- Our practice offers a direct pathway to becoming a shareholding physician and the potential for participation in ancillary revenues such as imaging and physical therapy.
- This is a private practice/partnership track opportunity.
Requirements
- Strong background in Spine Surgery
- Trained to care for general orthopedic conditions
- Board Certification/Eligibility
- MD or DO degree
- Active/eligibility for Virginia state licensure
- Common Procedures:
- Spinal fusion (cervical, thoracic, lumbar)
- Disc replacement surgery
- Laminectomy
- Discectomy
Compensation
- $275,000 - $325,000
- The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
- Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography, productivity, job responsibilities, or other factors permissible by law.
- In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
