Requirements

  • Strong background in Spine Surgery
  • Trained to care for general orthopedic conditions
  • Board Certification/Eligibility
  • MD or DO degree
  • Active/eligibility for Virginia state licensure
  • Common Procedures:
  • Spinal fusion (cervical, thoracic, lumbar)
  • Disc replacement surgery
  • Laminectomy
  • Discectomy

Compensation

  • $275,000 - $325,000
  • The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
  • Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography, productivity, job responsibilities, or other factors permissible by law.
  • In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
