About the role
- This is a full-time 40 hours per week, onsite role responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting staff development while delivering high-quality, client-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits of client records and implement improvements as needed
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed
- Maintain readiness for audits and reduce organizational liability
- Support utilization of EMR systems (e.g., eCase, ShareNote) for documentation efficiency
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Develop community resources and referral partnerships
- Process referrals and manage waiting lists
- Create and update program forms and documentation tools
- Team Lead to join our leadership team in Metro Atlanta.
Requirements
- Complete billable services including assessments as required
- Fully Licensed Clinician required (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
