About the role

  • This is a full-time 40 hours per week, onsite role responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting staff development while delivering high-quality, client-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits of client records and implement improvements as needed
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Maintain readiness for audits and reduce organizational liability
  • Support utilization of EMR systems (e.g., eCase, ShareNote) for documentation efficiency
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Develop community resources and referral partnerships
  • Process referrals and manage waiting lists
  • Create and update program forms and documentation tools
  • Team Lead to join our leadership team in Metro Atlanta.

Requirements

  • Complete billable services including assessments as required
  • Fully Licensed Clinician required (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
