About the role

The qualified candidate will assist with ski/snowboard instruction to groups and individuals in a safe and fun manner while upholding all Utah Skier Safety Act rules/regulations and Company guidelines.

The junior instructor will provide quality support and help to the ski & ride school programs.

Attend required training sessions.
Must be fluent in all aspects of the English language (spoken and written)
Must have excellent guest service skills, outgoing, & demonstrate the ability to interact with a variety of different people.
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be able to work inclement weather in an alpine environment.
Must have sight, speech, and hearing abilities sufficient to learn skills, follow and provide directions.
Previous experience with teaching/coaching/mentoring children
