About the role
- Come and join our rapidly growing Solutions Engineer team!
- Work alongside the sales team to introduce Redpanda to our potential customers
Responsibilities
- Lead product and solution briefings, build proof-of-concepts (POC), run live product demos, and prototype Redpanda integrations
- Partner with Redpanda product management, engineering and support teams to solve customer challenges and improve customer experience
Nice to have
- Passion for working on complex technical problems and have a strong understanding of modern infrastructure and streaming technologies (Kafka ecosystem preferred)
- Experience demonstrating technical concepts, including presenting and whiteboarding
- Collaborative spirit and enjoy making sure each team gets customer feedback to provide great customer experience
- Comfortable with Linux and Kubernetes
Skills
- Proficient with one or more of the following cloud providers: AWS, GCP and Azure
Compensation
- As a remote-first company, we strive to consider each candidate's job-related skills, location, experience, relevant education or training to determine individual base salary.
Benefits
- U.S. base salary range for this role is $168,500 - $198,000, not including bonus and/or commission.

- As a Solutions Engineer, you will help qualify and close opportunities with customers and partners and provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and supporting technical evaluations
