Responsibilities
- Procedural Opportunities: Perform central lines, arterial lines, and intubations while managing complex critical care patients.
- Mentorship & Onboarding: Comprehensive 12-18 month mentorship program with structured onboarding, physician oversight, and peer support.
Requirements
- EXPERIENCE - Less than 1 Year of Experience
Nice to have
- At least 1 year of Critical Care/Acute Care experience.
- New graduates welcome!
- Preferred Background: At least 1 year of Critical Care/Acute Care experience.
