About the role
- Complete work orders within the expected timeframe.
- Assist the Ops Manager in all aspects of the community's physical upkeep, common grounds, areas, keeping areas clean and safe for all residents and employees.
- Oversee contractors when professional services and repairs are necessary.
Responsibilities
- Experience in unit turns, painting, drywall, plumbing repairs, troubleshoot electrical, ballast changing, cleaning, rekeying, light carpentry repairs and general repairs to all building systems of common areas.
- Assist and support in the administration of all maintenance related functions including tracking of inventory, data entry, and maintaining safety records within YWCA documents.
- Promptly available to on-call responses to after-hours building emergencies
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with co-workers, volunteers, vendors, residents, and clients.
- YWCA owns and manages over twenty buildings in King & Snohomish County.
