About the role

  • This position is accountable for the accuracy, completeness, and implementation of customer flight schedules within our 72-hour window.
  • It is also accountable for timely communication, accurate ground handling setup, overall, on-time performance and providing professional customer service.
  • Process customer's operational requests (i.e. schedule changes, courier listing requests, etc.)

Requirements

  • BS or BA degree in aviation or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Computer proficiency
  • Able to successfully complete required OJT training
  • Comfortable with making key decisions
  • Perform well under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility with work schedule to include working nights, weekends and holidays

Nice to have

  • Prior airline operations experience preferred

Skills

  • Maintain AIMS operating system database with aircraft dispositions

Compensation

  • $54,500 - $73,500 USD
  • Competitive compensation will be offered based on a variety of factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal equity and other factors.
  • In addition, a range of benefits to include medical, dental and vision insurance, employee assistance program, as well as generous paid time off, and 401K contributions are offered as a part of the total compensation package.
