About the role
- This is a hands-on leadership role combining contents estimating, project management, field inspections, crew scheduling, warehouse operations, and insurance carrier communication.
- The ideal candidate has property restoration experience and can write estimates in Xactimate.
- Inspect residential and commercial contents losses involving fire, water, smoke, mold, and storm damage.
Responsibilities
- Identify salvageable and non-salvageable contents and document conditions through photos, inventory records, and written scopes.
- Write accurate contents estimates in Xactimate and manage revisions through carrier approval.
- Manage the complete pack-out, cleaning, storage, and pack-in process.
- Maintain accurate job documentation, signed authorizations, photos, time records, and carrier updates.
- Manage the vehicles assigned to the contents division, including inspections, assignments, and maintenance reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, crews, and customer relationships simultaneously.
Requirements
- Qualifications Three or more years of experience in property restoration, contents restoration, emergency services, estimating, or insurance claims.
Compensation
