Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with marketing and a cross-functional team, you will lead the strategy and planning of the Fiix account-based marketing program. This program will span across all outbound efforts, including campaign briefing, development, and measurement.
  • Build a reporting framework to measure marketing program influence on pipeline creation and ARR growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada is required.
  • You have a project management style, with follow-through skills your teammates can always count on.
  • You are familiar with all or most of our tech stack: SFDC, Pathfactory, Drift, Marketo, Outreach, and Prolifiq.

Nice to have

  • Your experience with integrated marketing campaigns will ensure there is a contextual and personalized experience across the entire buyer's journey.
  • Reporting to the Manager, Sr.
  • Strategic Portfolio Marketing, you will measure your success in this role through engagement and influence.
  • This influence will see growth across pipeline creation and ARR from the existing Fiix account list through site expansion, and net new enterprise acquisition.
  • You have 8+ years of experience building ABM strategies and translate that into planning, and program measurement in a B2B software environment.
  • You have worked alongside BDR, AM, content, and ops teams.
  • You are a pro at implementing integrated/automated marketing campaigns, including nurture programs, across digital and traditional channels from the ground up.
  • You are an analytical, data-driven marketer that understands how to mine for insights and translate them into contextual, value prospect experiences.

Compensation

  • Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation.

  • For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from ($95,200 CAD - $119,000 CAD) with an annual target bonus of (5%) of base salary.
  • Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
