Requirements

Nice to have
- Previous Quality Assurance, laboratory experience
- Previous experience in food processing or meat processing
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Associates or Bachelors degree in food science or related field
- Work in both cold and hot environments, lift up to 40 pounds, Walking, standing, weekend work required, irregular hours, (8-9 hours/day), overtime as needed.
- Travel is limited.
- Please Note: No Jewellery, no Hooded shirts, no fake nails/eyelashes, hair to be covered by hairnet on production floor, beard to be covered by beard net on production floor.
- Must be able to pass Background Check and Drug Screen Test.
Skills
- The position involves more "floor work" than lab work.
- 15% - Perform equipment calibrations and data entry.
- Place non-compliant production on hold/release product as needed and communicate with Operations.
