About the role

  • This will be a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in the office.
  • ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.
  • Documentation & knowledge sharing: produce clear technical documentation and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Design & build full‑stack solutions that integrate Angular front ends with Python services and APIs, running on AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Operational intelligence & AI: implement ML/LLM‑powered capabilities (Chat Bot that includes AI integration) and integrate them into production workflows.
  • Quality & resilience: deliver production‑grade code with strong testing practices; build in reliability, security, and observability from the start.
  • Agile execution: independently break down work, manage your backlog items, and provide clear progress updates; participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
  • Support and Enhancements: Design, build and help troubleshooting.
  • Scope by level: Software Engineer III: Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex features; contribute architectural input within a product area; work with minimal supervision.
  • Software Engineer IV: Lead design for multi‑component systems; define patterns and guardrails; mentor peers; coordinate across teams to deliver cross‑cutting initiatives.

Compensation

  • $70k-$85k
