Responsibilities
- Compensation Program Design:
- Oversee the design, competitiveness, management, and communication of sales incentive programs in partnership with sales leadership.
- Strategy & Program Design
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of federal and state compensation laws and regulations.
- Must have complete confidentiality regarding GuideStone business matters.
Nice to have
- In particular, communicating on a regular cadence, GuideStone's compensation philosophy to ensure understanding throughout the enterprise.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Master's Degree, preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably within a Fortune 500 company or a top-tier consulting firm, highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency with compensation tools and platforms (e.g., PayScale, Radford, CompAnalyst) highly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills required
- experience with data analysis and financial modeling.
- Experience with Workday and survey platforms (Mercer, WTW), highly preferred and a differentiator.
Compensation
- Manage the end-to-end annual compensation review cycle, including merit increases, promotions, and bonus distribution, ensuring that decisions are made fairly and in line with GuideStone's budget and pay-for-performance philosophy.
- Oversee the design and management of salary structures and job architecture frameworks.
- Annual Compensation Cycle Management:
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to ensure that compensation and benefits programs attract and retain top talent.
- Develop communication strategies to enhance employees' understanding of total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition plans.
- In particular, communicating on a regular cadence, GuideStone's compensation philosophy to ensure understanding throughout the enterprise.

- Manage relationships with benefits vendors ensuring the effective delivery of services.
- Lead the benefits renewal process to optimize cost-effectiveness and ensure high-quality coverage for employees.
