Responsibilities

  • Our expertise delivers results.
  • This is achieved through cross-sector and cross-functional support in strategy, leadership alignment and coaching, large-scale transformation, strategic change management, and HR modernization efforts.
  • As a Business Transformation Partner, you'll play a critical role in expanding our footprint in North America while delivering next-generation solutions and delivering Sia's transformation practice.
  • You will own the growth strategy, client opportunities, and lead multi-disciplinary engagements that drive tangible business results.

  • This is a high-impact role where you'll shape strategy, build lasting client relationships, and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Sia maintains offices and coworking arrangements across multiple U.S. markets, including New York City, Charlotte, Greater Seattle, San Francisco Greater Bay Area, Los Angeles, Houston, Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Washington D.C.

Requirements

  • When serving clients, consultants may be required to work onsite at a client location based on engagement needs.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout their employment.

  • Oversee complex strategy and transformation programs end-to-end, ensuring high-impact delivery that exceeds client expectations.
  • Leverage global expertise and cross-functional teams to solve our clients' toughest challenges.
  • Independently generate client billing.
  • Originate new business, drawing from your established network and relationships.
  • Translate business problems into practical transformation roadmaps
  • Set clear expectations for quality, collaboration, and accountability across complex, multi-stream engagements.
  • Champion Sia's inclusive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial culture, mentoring the next generation of leadership.
  • Contribute to our go-to-market strategy, service development, and firm governance.

Compensation

  • $300,000 - $350,000.
  • Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by applicable law.
