About the role
- The role works closely with development and platform teams to resolve issues efficiently and prevent recurrence.
Responsibilities
- This role owns production support strategy for RPA and automation platforms, leads complex incident resolution, and drives proactive improvements to reduce operational risk.
- The position partners closely with engineering, infrastructure, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure automations are resilient, scalable, and aligned to business outcomes.
- The Production Support role owns incident triage, root‑cause analysis, and coordination of fixes to ensure stable and reliable production operations.
- Participation in a rotating on‑call schedule is expected, which may involve limited after‑hours support for critical incidents or time‑sensitive production events.
Compensation
- $106,605.00 - $284,280.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
- The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
- This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
