About the role
- Total Wine and More is seeking an Associate, Merchandising who will be part of our Buying team in Bethesda, MD.
- Execute the new item setup process, capturing accurate product information in systems to launch items into the Wine and Spirits assortment and enable smooth progression through the item life cycle.
- Update ERP systems with the latest publication reviews to ensure product accolades are accurately reflected online and in-store signage, supporting customer engagement and sales.
Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for supporting the Wine and Spirits Buying teams to manage store facing issue resolution, setting up new products, entering data into ERP systems, and executing routine processes and reporting.
- Manage vendor-facing in-store activation systems by troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth execution of promotional activities at the store level.

Compensation
- The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
